Medicine Man (1992) In the lush and treacherous Amazonian rainforest, eccentric and reclusive scientist Dr. Alan Goodman (Sean Connery) is on the brink of a groundbreaking discovery that could revolutionize the treatment of cancer. Employed by a large pharmaceutical company, Goodman's obsessive pursuit of a cure has led him to abandon all sense of rationality and caution.
